The Sinnerlig collection - IKEA

I just posted about the skogsta collection in this post. I browsed around IKEA's website and saw a video about this Sinnerlig collection. The collection will also be available in August 2015!
The collection is designed by IKEA with Ilse Crawford.

"The SINNERLIG collection consists of more than 30 pieces for the home and can be loosely categorised into three groups: working, dining and lounging. Although the collection works neatly in these settings, the furniture have an open use design; it’s up to you how you wish to live with them and how they fit into your life. With attention to the smallest details, these pieces are designed to engage our senses and connect us to our homes. They don’t just look good, they feel good to touch and use. They are objects that support and enhance the many ways we live today." - IKEA.com

I feel this collection is very natural, relaxing and simple.
Do you like it? Any item you are going to buy?

IKEA - coming soon!

IKEA have always been a hot topic on the blog, but this collection have really become HOT HOT. If you have not heard about this before - Hang on! If you allready now, and are exhusted from this, then I am very sorry. These a few picture from the coming IKEA collection.

The Skogsta collection:

It is made from Acacia three! IKEA use both sapwood and the core of the acacia-three. Therefore the material will be a mix of dark and light wood. It is an unique look but it also improve the use of material and stop some waste. Win-win. Better for enviroment and you get speciel design.

This collection will be available in August 2015. I'm looking forward to an IKEA-shopping-trip.

I plan to buy this one for all my drawing/painting tools. Then it will be easier to move it all in one grip! I can also imagine this on the dinner-table with cutlery, napkins and other stuff you may need in a hurry while eating.

I have been looking for a bench for my dinner table, because it is both my dinner-table and my desk for drawing, study, parties etc. I just think a bench is cosy and it can sit in a different position.

I borrowed some picture from IKEA's website.

the cans, or ...

This is how I styled the first can! The plant/mini three is from IKEA. IKEA actually have a lot of nice plants, flowers, cactus

I wanted to buy a lemon tree, but they only had lime left, and then you couldn't see the limes anyways, would just be "green-in-green" Next time: Lemon or orange tree for sure!Or maybe a small olive tre

I love this, simple and so raw! I biked 8 km with the tree in heavy wind, but it's still alive, luckily! The other can (I blogged about it in this post)will soon be styled in a diffrent way, Maybe with some matte spray paint!
